Sun Ridge Ranch community was developed by Warren More and Al Tutton in 1986. There are 62 exclusive lots within the community connected by 5 miles of HOA maintained roads. Each property is at least 10 acres of pristine California Sierra Foothills. Our roads are typical country roads; narrow and curvy, so if you visit us, please keep an eye out for bikers, walkers/runners, our children and wildlife.
